For whom is ISO 14001 certification interesting?
Environmental aspects are an issue for every organisation. The management system will be elementary for companies with a limited number of environmental aspects. The ISO 14001 standard indicates the frameworks. The organisation decides how it is implemented. A management system is developed on the basis of the organisation. All types of organisations, large or small, profit or non-profit, can benefit from implementing the environmental management system.

ISO 14001:2015
On 15 September 2015, the new ISO standard (ISO 9001:2015) was officially published.
But what exactly does it entail for you?

LATEST TRANSITION DATEThe current ISO 9001:2008 certificate is valid for a period of 3 years from the official publication date. That means you must comply with the new ISO 9001:2015 standard by 15 September 2018 at the latest. Regarding the transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015, you can choose whether you wish to make the switch during a surveillance audit or a recertification audit. It is possible to achieve an ISO 9001:2008 certificate until that time. Do be aware that the certificate will not be valid for 3 years but only until 15 September 2018.
