(Written) Additional Research

Receipt of shortcomings form

 

If any shortcoming were found, you will receive forms detailing the shortcomings during the audit.

 

Solve shortcomings

You will describe the cause, scope and solution of the shortcoming(s) in the Discrepancies form. According to the standard, shortcomings have to be corrected demonstrably no later than three months after the audit. If this is not the case, a 2nd (W)AR has to be written.
